Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the All in Badminton mobile application and website at https://allinbadminton.com (collectively, the "Service"), operated by All in Badminton ("we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

• You may sign in using Google OAuth or other methods we make available
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
• You must not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account without authorization
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

All in Badminton helps players, clubs, coaches, and organizers log matches, discover players and clubs, and manage tournaments. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users
• Submit false match results, fake profiles, or misleading club or tournament information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the normal operation of the Service except as permitted by law
• Upload malware or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Use the Service for spam or unsolicited commercial messaging

You may submit content such as match scores, club details, tournament information, profile data, and messages ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of others. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Clubs, coaches, and tournament organizers may use the Service to manage events and memberships. We are not a party to agreements between users, clubs, or organizers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of scores, rankings, schedules, or third-party listings and are not responsible for disputes between users.

Parts of the Service may be labeled as beta or preview. These features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time. They are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation (excluding User Content), is owned by All in Badminton and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as expressly permitted.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Match scores, statistics, and tournament outcomes displayed in the Service depend on user-submitted data. We do not guarantee their accuracy or suitability for official ranking or betting purposes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL IN BADMINTON AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless All in Badminton from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where All in Badminton operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
